Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

- Secure Packing: Items are carefully packed to minimize movement during transit
Shipping Carriers

Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:
- Package shows delivered but you haven’t received it
- Damaged packaging upon arrival
- Incorrect items received
- Significant delivery delays beyond estimated timeframe
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order ships may incur additional fees.
